Dr. Diane Chiu is a board-certified dermatologist specializing in medical, cosmetic, and laser dermatology. She founded Bellevue Laser & Cosmetic Center with a vision of combining exceptional dermatologic care, advanced technology, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

After graduating with honors from the University of Washington with both a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and a Doctor of Medicine, Dr. Chiu completed her dermatology residency at Harvard Medical School. She then served as an attending physician at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and as a clinical instructor at Harvard, where she trained alongside leaders in dermatology, cosmetic procedures, and laser surgery.

Today, Dr. Chiu has particular expertise in laser treatments, cosmetic injectables, tissue fillers, and advanced technologies for both medical and cosmetic skin concerns. She is also experienced in the treatment of leg veins and is committed to staying at the forefront of dermatologic advances through ongoing education and collaboration with colleagues in the field.

As an Asian woman, Dr. Chiu understands the unique considerations involved in treating a wide range of skin tones and is passionate about delivering safe, effective care for every patient.

Throughout her career, Dr. Chiu has been recognized as a trusted educator and speaker. She has appeared on television and radio, contributed to publications, and presented at dermatology and medical conferences on topics including laser therapy and skin cancer prevention.

Dr. Chiu is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology (FAAD) and is a member of the International Society of Cosmetic and Laser Surgeons, the Seattle Dermatological Society, and the Washington State Dermatology Association.
