A nationally recognized, board-certified dermatologist and Seattle native, Dr. Irwin brings more than 20 years of experience and extraordinary expertise in laser treatments and cosmetic injectables.
A true pioneer in nonsurgical aesthetic medicine, Dr. Irwin helped advance the concept of the nonsurgical facelift, combining technologies and treatments to create meaningful, natural-looking results without surgery. She founded Madison Skin & Laser Center in Seattle in 1999 and has performed more than 10,000 aesthetic treatments throughout her career.

Dr. Brandith Irwin, M.D., is a nationally recognized, board-certified dermatologist specializing in
laser treatments, radiofrequency, and cosmetic injectables. Dr. Irwin has built a reputation as one of
the nation's foremost authorities in non-surgical aesthetic medicine, earning recognition and has
written 2 books on the subject (see below). Seattle Magazine has recognized her as one of Seattle's
best dermatologists. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and authored the
blog SkinTour.com for the latest in nonsurgical advances for many years.
Originally from Seattle, Dr. Irwin's deep roots in the Pacific Northwest have shaped her
commitment to serving her community with the highest standard of care. A pioneer in her field, she
helped develop the concept of the non-surgical facelift — a transformative approach designed for
patients who are not surgical candidates but still desire meaningful, visible results. She founded
Madison Skin & Laser Center in Seattle in 1999.
Dr. Irwin earned her medical degree with honors (AOA) from the University of Washington School
of Medicine, completing dual residencies in both internal medicine and dermatology — an academic
achievement that reflects her dedication to comprehensive patient care. She served as a full-time
faculty member at the University of Washington before transitioning to private practice and was
also the recipient of one of the National Dermatology Foundation Research Fellowship Awards.
Dr. Irwin is one of the few nationally recognized dermatologists with no financial ties to
pharmaceutical, skincare, or device companies — ensuring her patients receive fully unbiased
information and recommendations.
She has worked extensively with advanced laser technology, radiofrequency, and injectables including Sculptra, Botox, Restylane, Juvederm, and many others.
